OK...... so it's not EXACTLY like DJ's work......
....it's like mine!
...but then.....it would be - otherwise it would just be a copy......
I painted signature #1 with yellow acrylic, and then fished out a few strips of yellow fabric.
These were stitched onto the page with free-machined yellow thread (it doesn't show up!)
The centre panel is cut from a piece of batik fabric and is surrounded by purple triangles with curlywhirls done in waterproof graphic pen.
A few yo-yos; some of my "pequins" (paper sequins made by me); and some hand stitch has finished it off!
...and I like it......
...I'm going to do page 2 now........
