French Report....Part 2

There will be LOADS of pictures of various bits of Alsace appearing around here over the next few posts....

...but todays pictures are a bit different!

I happily snapped away everywhere we went....

...except at the show.

Not a single photo did I take in Ste Marie-aux-Mines!

But, fear not, I still have something to show for my visit there...

...in the form of THESE beauties....

...Laurel Burch indulgences that will soon be turned into something....

...gorgeous!! :-)))

(How could anything made with these fabrics be anything BUT gorgeous?)

I picked up another 3 pieces too...

...and can see some new jewellery bits happening quite soon, as all of my stock of brooches have sold out.

At least I will have these to show on the blog...

...as a lot of other stuff has to remain under wraps until it's published...

...and there's an awful lot of THAT going on over the next 12-18 months!

I love Laurel Burch designs. I have socks (using her cat designs) which I adore. I just bought some new ones -- sadly they aren't as well made as they used to be. Her family is carrying on her tradition and I think they've changed suppiers -- still I love the designs. The color FAB!!

I thought I recognized Laurel Burch in my sidebar! Whatever you create with the fabric will be glorious.

Nice post. An area of architects reflect the local culture. From the picture, i may say that the designer is open, look forward to freedom. The techlogy of lighting is maken full use of that it can save a lot of light which is match the standern of environmental. At the same time, it can be a beautiful landscape for the foreigners can easy to know this city. freshwater pearl
