Finished "Strata" piece #1

...didn't do much on the silk carrier rod section...




..just a few lines of machine stitch and some hand running stitch in metallic thread...

(that didn't show up too well on the photo)


The last section to be completed was the one being kept for my bits of Welsh slate...





That means that the whole piece is now finished!





Yey!

It is an excavation! I love these archeological associations! Yet, I can follow different ideas -- something electronical about it as well.
