..अ लित्तले मोरे स्तित्चिंग

....haven't had a lot of time for stitching over the last few days...

...after the week in Cornwall, I've had to get back into production again...

...August will be here before I know it!

I've not decided exactly how to continue with the sashiko and mokume cloth....

...but have been popping on with another long cloth that was started a little while back.

Just very simple stitching...

..running stitch, cross stitch and ladder stitch.

...and if anyone is wondering what the hell the post title is....

...it says "a little more stitching"....

...but for some reason Blogger has decided to convert the letters into something that looks like one of the Indian scripts, and I can't change it! :-o

the way you did the stitching makes it look like curved pieces of cloth stitched together--very effective.

Chris I just love that simple stitching - simply beautiful. I think Blogger might have got it right with the script! seems appropriate!
Blogger has been giving me a bit of grief lately too.

Simply perfect.

How strange... and here I was thinking how clever you were giving your post an exotic title. I've been having problems myself lately with tiny font when I definitely wrote the whole post in large font. Happy stitching!

So many wonderful images in your recent posts! Such beautiful work....Love the shibori and the machine stitching combined with the hand stitching.

This headline looks nice. What about printing it onto your fabric or embroider it?
