Have a look at this...the FB page of Arseniy Lapin.
A Northern person....he makes amazing sculptures and paints/draws beautiful images.
A couple of days ago he posted a couple of really sweet "steampunk-style" sculptures...
...that I fell in love with. Of course, they were "not for sale"!!
So...
...I looked at the photo...
....got out a Sharpie marker...
...and did my "thing" with it.
Not a copy......but inspired by.
It has ended up on a piece of calico...
...and I started the punchneedle work yesterday evening.
