Hopefully by now you have your daisy design on your fabric...
...just put a bit of batting/wadding/extra fabric on the back...
...and put into an embroidery hoop if you prefer to work that way.
I have used some Perle 8 cotton. Just use what you have.
I have chosen to do a stem-stitch outline around my daisy...
...but it may be better for beginners to do a simple running stitch...
...or get someone to do a line around on a sewing machine...
...or simply leave it as it is!!
The next stage is to do long-legged "Fly Stitch" in between the petals...
...followed by an arrow of straight stitches at the top of each one...
...and, finally, some French knots around the bases of the petals.
You could do even more filling in....
...here's a diagram to follow...
Make use of sparkly threads and beads if you have them.
